One month out from Tommy John. Rehab is going really well and I'm about 2 weeks ahead of schedule right now. Elbow flexion is at 138° and extension is down to 8°. Range of motion keeps improving and we're starting to build strength back. Still plenty of work ahead, but very happy with the progress so far.
