"Look at Nigeria with 45 million people, yet they don't enjoy our standard of living despite their vast natural resources...." -Former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew, around 1965.
Singapore observed the madness in Nigeria as an example of how not to be a country. 😭
Look at how everywhere is quiet.
Three Yoruba men in Oyo State allegedly wiped out an Igbo family of six, including their 5-year-old child. They were reportedly dismembered, and their remains thrown into a stream.
Yet everywhere is quiet.
Where is the outrage? Where is the condemnation? Where is the justice?
We will not let this slide. Never.
Justice for this family. Their lives mattered. Their deaths must not be forgotten.
“All the South South states together + Lagos and 3 other states, their budget is N10.4 trillion;
tinubu pays one man N11 trillion…”

Senator Victor Umeh takes the case for #Biafra to the floor of the Senate, warning that: “The consequences of Igbo marginalization will be huge”. And he queried why a federal agency in Southeast got only ₦4b while the same agency in the other regions got ₦60b.
I bought fuel yesterday in Toronto, Canada, at $1.7999 CAD per litre, and it cost about $98.95 CAD to fill up my tank. This should ideally last me about a week or more.
Now, the minimum wage in Canada is $17.95 CAD per hour, which means someone who works an average of 8 hours a day will earn $143.60 CAD before tax. A day's salary is enough to fuel his or her car for 2–3 weeks. This means that even one of the lowest earners in Canada can afford to own and drive a car daily without the cost of fuel becoming an overwhelming burden. Public education for children is also free and of high quality.
In Nigeria, fuel is about ₦1,300 per litre. It would cost about ₦88,000 to fill up a similar tank. The minimum wage in Nigeria is ₦70,000 per month. This means that an entire month's minimum wage cannot even fill the tank once.
A minimum-wage earner in Nigeria cannot realistically afford to own, fuel, and maintain a car. The same person still has to afford food, rent, children's education, healthcare, electricity, transportation, and other basic necessities. The list goes on.
In fact, even a bank manager in Nigeria earning ₦1 million monthly could still struggle to maintain a decent standard of living after covering these basic expenses.
This is one reason poverty is so widespread in Nigeria. The cost of basic living is simply too high relative to what the average person earns.
You don't just have an income problem in Nigeria. You have an affordability problem.
For millions of Nigerians, simply living a decent life has become too expensive and increasingly impossible.
PETER OBI AS THE NEMESIS OF THE APC*
They can deny it, but it is self-evident that the APC is not only mortally obsessed with the presidential candidate of the fastest-growing political party in Nigeria today, the NDC, but is also afraid to its bone marrow of the growing popularity and acceptability of Peter Obi among Nigerians at home and abroad.
It is, therefore, not surprising that a cabinet minister and a special adviser in the APC-led government are now overseeing "Obi Affairs. Their sole responsibility appears to be to tweet and comment on Peter Obi. They have become monitoring spirits. But the power of the people shall bind them and render them and their sponsors ineffective and powerless over Obi.
The truth is, with the organic movement of the Obidients combining with an equally organic political movement of the Kwankwasiya hue under the political umbrella of the NDC backing Obi, the APC will meet its Waterloo in the coming general elections.
No wonder they are obsessed with Obi. Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.
A New Nigeria is POssible!
"I have to thank you, Benjamin Netanyahu. My government... did not speak about the genocide in Nigeria. But they were able to stand and speak for the Palestinians., and today the Terrorists have butchered yet another set of Christians."
— Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo send message to U.S. and Israel Presidents
What is happening to the Hausa people today is the consequence of the Nigeria you fought to keep together, as the British instructed. The same system you defended against the Igbos has now come back to swallow you.
Crying alone will not stop the slaughtering. Your only hope is to reject the political dominance of both Fulani and Yoruba elites and demand a system that protects your people.
If you want real change, look beyond ethnic politics. I believe Peter Obi is the candidate capable of confronting insecurity and fighting it to the end. Vote for the leadership you believe can secure your lives and future.

@EricLDaugh America is suffering from demonic infestation and their primary targets are the children. It's either they are promoting killing them in the womb, justifying mothers inaliving them, encouraging them to mutilate themselves or trying to corrupt their minds. May God help y'all.

Nobody deserves jail for demanding Biafra in strong words
By ALOY EJIMAKOR
As Nigeria careens into another general election, let it be made clear that a true democracy must first address the underlying grievances driving the persistent call for self determination, rather than using draconian law enforcement and the judicial machinery to silence it.
Demanding a separate State is, unarguably, a fundamental human right recognized under the laws of nations. It’s not a crime. Thus, merely advocating for Biafra - regardless of how strong, provocative or harsh the rhetoric may be - does not equate to terrorism or treason.
To be sure, imprisoning MAZI NNAMDI KANU and other alleged IPOB members for their speech or stance sets a dangerous precedent against free political expression. Free speech inherently includes the right to express controversial, unpopular and challenging political stances.
Locking up people for demanding self-determination only deepens divisions, fuels resentment, and signals that dissent or agitation is criminalized. True nation-building requires dialogue and political engagement, not the criminalization of political aspiration, however inconvenient.
Nations have been born from demands far louder and stronger than that of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Scotland held a referendum. Catalonia voted. Many African and European states exist because people refused to remain under arrangements they rejected. Strong language in that struggle is protected expression, not an offence.
What is happening today is not a deserved prosecution or imprisonment. It is, instead, an unjust punishment of a political demand, and of those who refuse to be silent about Igbo exclusion, religious terror, and a broken federal arrangement. Words and radio broadcasts are being treated as more dangerous than actual killings (especially in the North) that go unpunished.
A state that jails people for asking to leave while claiming to be democratic is not enforcing the law. It is enforcing fear and suppressing dissent by means of punishment. Dialogue and a political settlement, not prison, are the only honest answers to a demand that has become more persistent.
Thus, for the sake of Nigeria’s peace and tranquility, the best way forward at this critical time is to free all prisoners of conscience before the 2027 general elections.
This hatred wey una dey show Igbo people, abeg wetin Igbo people really do una? Why una dey carry this kind hatred for people wey dey contribute to the growth and development of Nigeria? If no be the Igbo Lagos no fit developed reach like this.
