Geez @IcelandFoods I really appreciate this gift of a pizza from the Warehouse store, Corby. Pretty sure it's what happens when out of cold chain and stacked upright. Which means it's defrosted and refrozen. What are the rules around frozen food again?

@Tesco 1/2 I've still not received a letter about a form I filled in on 18/7 about a broken laptop. The woman initially didn't fill out a
