@CoachVargas1@TweetsbyCoachP@imjustdriven No coach, it’s not the same. I have done both. You are not sanctioned if the high school kid fails a class. Your counselor’s , parents and most importantly, the kid’s jobs to make sure they graduate. High school Bball is an extracurricular activity.
@CoachDanTharp Hope many guys have you sent to school on scholarship in the last 4 years? If you have a solid track record of placing guys, he will see the value. Money wouldn’t be an option.
@CoachDanTharp Dan, your situation is different than many. The cost of your school is obviously lower than most. Depending on how far the student lived from your area, his Pell may cover everything. It appears he didn’t see the value of your program…
@__WhosRunning__@craigowen_cp@vws1958@CoachVB_@CoachDanTharp That’s so far from the truth coach. The coach was questioning the kid’s commitment to the game. The kid has an understanding of his position. The coach was hoping the kid would pay for his life…I get it. That kid may be a real player (many d3 kids can play at the D1 level)
