Waited 2 years to go on our holiday to @Butlins having to put it back to just find out tonight you now have to have an app and book slots. ok so I go on and find out, no slots for evening shows and no slots to swimming!!! My lad will be in bits!! Dont want to go #Shambles

@Butlins Unfortunately had to cancel, couldn't take the risk of seeing my little boy disappointed every morning and not being able to enjoy it as a holiday as we're always on an app trying to fight to get booked into what should be included no matter what for the prices paid
