@ceofjohnlennon @johnlennon I'm guessing he had it cut that short August 66 because Brian told him it would help convince the press and TV that he was 'innocent' of the charges of blasphemy, similar to how a defendant would smarten up for an appearance in court. He had it cut again for the film.
