I can’t get any help from @GooglePay support. I’m trying to work out the reason why I failed verification when I did everything right and I get the same generic message again and again. I’ve been providing apps users enjoy on google play for 7 years, how can I continue?

@GooglePay @sundarpichai this is your support, literally taken round in circles forever. I'm a small app developer and can do nothing it seems to solve an issue that is mistaken information on google pay's part (confirmed by play support)

@GooglePay the Google Payments Merchant team support says my account is suspended because my developer console is suspended, BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE, no policy issues. @googleplaydev support have confirmed this but you still just send the same generic message on repeat. Please help!

@GooglePay I've contacted google pay support countless time. Is there a way to escalate this? Seems to require cross collaboration between google play and pay to confirm all is good.

@GooglePay Literally stuck in an infinite support loop since November, shame on Google for allowing this to happen. Nothing can be escalated unless your app makes millions it seems.

My google pay verification was rejected, I filled in the forms as required and support are not providing a specific reason and are sending the same email again and again.

Do you know anyone who can provide help getting specific feedback or to appeal?

@GooglePay I’m trying to work out the reason for and appeal my failed verification and your support is just sending the same generic message repeatedly. That is the opposite of my definition of support.

@GooglePay in-app purchase isn't working in my app and it says I haven't filled in verification even though I have, please help, I've contacted support many times and they forward to the verification team who never get back to me

@GooglePlayBiz This is a form to do with registering on the google play store. This issue is I need a payment verification for my google payments from in-app purchases. Please could you send me the relevant form?

Unfortunately in-app purchase will not work in our apps right now and google support aren't telling me why our verification wasn't accepted so we can't solve it. @GooglePlayBiz @GooglePlay
