@SurfnSunshine @Etsy What's horrible is that I now have to find another, and possibly more expensive, option for shipping. I've got some rush orders and there's no way I'm paying $24+ for priority express shipping only to have my credit card charged $2,400.

@EcommerceBytes No, @Etsy hasn't fixed the bug. Nor have the addressed the issue in any of the forums. Horrible customer service. And during a pandemic? Not to mention they just bumped up our seller fees only to give us even shittier customer service.

@huoychen @Etsy Doubt it will be fixed soon. They haven't even seemed to address any of the posts on the @etsy forum. I reported this to @fox to see if they'll pick up the story. They've taken probably hundreds of thousands of people's money. During a #pandemic nonetheless.
