ليكي درس في تاريخ الجزائر :
وقت استعمار فرنسا للجزائر حاولت تعميم الأمية لكن شيخ المجاهدين ابن باديس اسس عدة دور للعلم مجانا للبنات و الذكور .
بعد الإستقلال 1962 الدولة خلت التعليم مجاني للجميع حماية للحقوق
