@zanyfen These tools still regularly fail at basic "research" tasks without any indication of their fallibility for average end users beyond a tiny "double check output" line that everybody ignores. Having an 80% accuracy is okay when they're replacing google for boomers, not for research
@SophiaNarwitz The Insomniac Spider Man games were made and popularized to bury another game of the same name that would have significant negative PR impact if it became widely known?
@NoversGG It's to help prevent cheating. Same reason why modern speedrunning requires stream footage, or why esports tournaments are with full recording.
@redaction This is a misconception we get from ISS videos. Being in space is very damaging for the body in several different ways. Astronauts have to spend lots of time during their stay and lots of time after their stay to prevent and then heal the damage it does.
@hecubian_devil Most people are extremely vulnerable to both mis- and disinformation, and have always been. Tearing down gatekeepers and giving everybody a platform for free (social media) has made this a huge problem.
@sevans0425@GreenTextRepost Of course dodging and QTEs are numbers. Or do you think there's a natural amount of iframes that isn't typed into a field by developers?
@DrEliDavid SpaceX is literally a NASA contractor developing Starship for NASA's Artemis program using billions of taxpayer money given to them by NASA.
@kimmonismus This is bait, right? If you actually have trouble telling that this is AI then maybe you've spent too much time working with AI. The incoherence is blatant.
@AntonHand I've been strict about not showing my own VR hardware to any minors in my family since noticing its impact on memory and vision on myself (at 25) but every clip I've seen of VRchat has tons of kids so I am apparently a minority in this regard. Accessibility of Q3 probs don't help
@elon_docs Funny thing to say after spending a decade knowingly pushing Hyperloop BS specifically to prevent HSR from being built so you can keep selling cars.
@AntonHand Whale, which was so abhorrently digusting that it made me think the taste and texture were signs from god, tainting the meat with the sin of its production.
Imagine finding out that 20.000 people managed to keep their mouths shut about a new game by Valve and taking that as an opportunity to be the first to get clicks reporting on it instead of, you know, keeping your mouth shut.
