@nationalexpress Hi, I’m actually travelling on NX Coach now. I was using earbuds to hear to music. In the announcement at the beginning of the journey, she asked us to use headphones while listening to music to avoid disturbing other passengers. Is it ok to use earbuds instead?

@HeathrowAirport , at the security check at terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal), I forgot to remove my other handphone from my bag. The person at the security did mentioned that we do not need to remove anything from the bag. I hope it is ok that I did not take my handphone out 🙏
