Aparte, como señalan en menciones, contraponer el "aún juega con muñecas y se disfraza de princesa" con "la menstruación" es turbio.
Trazas una frontera artificial en la que la menstruación ejerce de rito de paso entre la infancia y la edad sexual, y eso contribuye a sexualizar prematuramente a las niñas. El clásico "de niña a mujer", vaya.
Así que nada, recordemos que la menarquia no es un marcador de madurez psicosexual, que una niña no deja de ser una niña porque menstrúe, y que no hay ninguna contradicción entre jugar con muñecas y vestirse de princesa, y la menstraución.

These two brave girls were bullied by adults at the @seattlestorm game for standing up for sex-based rights. They wore @xx_xyathletics shirts while holding signs in support of Sophie Cunningham, who said that males should not be in women’s sports. Many leftists are trying to destroy her for that.
