Hi everyone 😊
I’m NurseGee, I'm passionate about health education and everyday wellness.
Becoming a nurse taught me a lot about people, pain, healing, and strength.
I’ll be sharing simple and practical tips I wish more people knew about their health.
Let’s learn together 💙
As a Nurse, when receiving patients from the theater who just underwent surgery, always ensure that you're receiving a live patient. It will save you from a lot.
@drharveee When you bathe, scrub very well, when creaming your body do not ignore that side. Also wear thights beneath your clothes to avoid them rubbing each other. Do this religiously and you'll be glad you did.
@miiposii As a nurse, I totally relate 100%. What helped me most was concentrating on my personal journey without looking at or comparing myself with other people's. I understood early to be my only competition and that has kept me sane. Just bet heavy on yourself to achieve your set goals
@Daki_Tah As a nurse, I know it's a difficult thing to do but it is very important.
I usually encourage and support every patient under my care to take few steps 8hrs or at most 12hrs after surgery.
