CELEBRATING A FATHER, A VOICE, A GIFT TO OUR GENERATION — HAPPY BIRTHDAY APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN
"I have found Joshua My servant; with My holy oil have I anointed him." Psalm 89:20
Today, we celebrate our dear father and mentor, whose "yes" to the Lord has become a doorway through which countless souls have encountered Christ, been transformed, and received light. We honour not just your birth, but your obedience. Not just your impact, but your consistency. Not just your ministry, but your unwavering devotion to revealing Jesus Christ and bringing Him glory.
Through your teachings, many have found language for their destinies. Through your support and prayers, many have found the strength to keep believing. Through your example, many have discovered that intimacy with God is not a myth, but a possibility.
You have taught us the way to love and shown us what true greatness in the Kingdom looks like. You have taught us to pursue Jesus above all else, to value Christ-like character above charisma, and to contend for deeper dimensions of spiritual growth and maturity.
The countless souls saved, lives touched, destinies aligned, families restored, leaders raised, and altars rekindled through Koinonia stand as living proof that one yielded life can become a blessing to nations.
Thank you for remaining faithful to the call.
Thank you for teaching us the ways of God.
Thank you for carrying the burdens of many with grace and compassion
Thank you for being a voice of hope, faith, and light in our time.
Thank you for demonstrating that a man can walk with God, remain yielded to Him, and finish strong.
As we honour you on this special day, we pray that the God whom you have served so faithfully will continue to strengthen you, enlarge your influence for His glory, multiply His grace upon your life, and reward every sacrifice made in devotion to His purposes.
May your latter days be greater than your former. May the oil upon your life never cease. May your voice continue to echo across nations. May kings and generations yet unborn rise and call you blessed. May the impact of your life continue to bear fruit for eternity.
Happy Birthday, Apostle Joshua Selman.
We love you deeply, we honour you dearly, and we celebrate you joyfully.

@MTNCameroon The rate of data consumption is now unbearable. Is there a Telecommunications Regulatory Agency in Cameroon ?? Please the service failure rate of @MTNCameroon is outrageous.
As you get older, your blood vessels stiffen like old rubber, here's what it will do. Your blood pressure will rise, your heart will overwork and the chance of getting a stroke rises.
If you exercise often, it makes your blood vessels flexible, blood can flow easier and it makes it easier for your heart, your brain and your kidneys
WALK AWAY:
1. After dealing with an inconsistent person for so long, you don't want to lose them, but you WALK AWAY because you don't want to lose IT.
2. If a person disrespects you, no matter how much you love them ,you should not let them dishonor you repeatedly. Know when to WALK AWAY.
3. There are times when maintaining your integrity means holding your tongue, and there are some battles God didn't ordain. Silently WALK AWAY.
4. There is always a time when you have to be courageous enough to WALK AWAY from nonsense. That time is NOW.
5. Instead of allowing an argument to break out... sometimes you have to WALK AWAY, trust God, and just pray about it.
6. Sometimes it's best to WALK AWAY from confrontation & dismiss it. It's better to bow out, than have a blow out. Let it go!
7. There are times when you can't WALK AWAY or just ignore it. Sometimes you have to defend yourself! Pray for wisdom to know when.
8. Real men WALK AWAY from unnecessary conflicts. Cowards run away from all
conflict.
9. If you haven't done everything you can to make it work and you WALK AWAY...it's official... you're a quitter.
10. Some conversations aren't worth your time. Don't talk away, WALK AWAY.
Male - XY
Female - XX
The father (XY) determines the sex of the baby, not the mother (XX).
If he donates his "Y", child is male.
If he donates his "X", child is female.
Y’all please stop victimising mothers.

Which Organ Thrives on Which Habit
Heart
Regular walking and aerobic activity improve cardiac output, endothelial function, and long-term survival.
Brain
Reading and learning stimulate neuroplasticity, strengthen memory circuits, and delay cognitive decline.
Lungs
Deep breathing and diaphragmatic exercises enhance lung capacity and autonomic balance.
Bones
Resistance and weight-bearing exercise increase bone mineral density and reduce fracture risk.
Blood
Adequate hydration maintains plasma volume, circulation, and efficient nutrient transport.
Skin
Daily moisturization preserves the skin barrier, reduces transepidermal water loss, and slows aging.
Immune System
Consistent, high-quality sleep regulates cytokines, antibodies, and immune surveillance.
Liver
Minimizing processed foods reduces metabolic load, inflammation, and fatty liver progression.
Gut
Probiotic-rich foods support microbiome diversity, digestion, and immune signaling.
Teeth
Flossing disrupts plaque biofilm where brushing cannot, preventing periodontal disease.
What the Body Quietly Likes
Eyes
Regular screen breaks reduce digital eye strain and protect tear film stability.
Hands
Hand hygiene lowers pathogen transmission and infection burden.
Muscles
Morning or post-sleep stretching restores muscle length and joint mobility.
Nervous System
Meditation improves vagal tone, stress regulation, and emotional resilience.
Hormones
A balanced diet stabilizes insulin, thyroid, and sex hormone signaling.
Memory
Learning new skills strengthens synaptic connections and preserves cognitive reserve.
Bottom line:
Organs don’t need extremes.
They respond best to simple, repeated, boring habits done consistently.
Health is not built in emergencies.
It is built quietly, every day.
WHAT NORMAL SH!T SHOULD LOOK LIKE
(AKA: The Royal Standard of Poop. Because your gut deserves royalty.)
1. Shape:
Your poop should look like a smooth sausage or snake.
Not goat droppings. Not mashed yam.
– If it’s hard and cracked: you’re constipated.
– If it’s too soft or shapeless: your gut bacteria is crying for help.
🌀 Texture matters.
2. Color:
Normal poop is medium to dark brown.
Why? Because of bile — that bitter greenish fluid your liver makes.
If it’s:
⚫ Black: Could be internal bleeding. Hospital, now.
🔴 Red: Hemorrhoids? Tear? Or beetroot overdose? Investigate.
🟡 Yellow and greasy: Gallbladder or pancreas may be slacking.
🟢 Green: Could be detox. Could be infection. Could be bitterleaf soup.
🎨 Color tells a story.
3. Smell:
Yes, poop should smell.
But if it reeks like dead rat stew, that’s not normal.
💨 Excess stink = gut dysbiosis, poor digestion, or something dying inside.
4. Frequency:
You should be pooping once or twice daily.
Not once every three days. Not five times like a diarrhoea carnival.
🕒 Regularity = rhythm = health.
5. Effort Level:
You shouldn’t need to sweat, grunt, or whisper prayers.
Pooping should feel natural, not like childbirth.
🪑 Sit. Release. Wipe. Go.
Quick Gut Health Test:
✅ You eat 2–3 times daily
✅ You poop daily, smooth and complete
✅ It drops, doesn’t float, foam, or stick
✅ You wipe once or twice and feel done
🎯 If yes — your gut is thriving.
❌ If no — you’re constipated, inflamed, or malnourished on the inside.
Your poop is not waste. It’s a whisper from your gut.
Listen to it. Heal it. Own it.

The Waiting Room
We often treat the in-between seasons of life like punishment, as if the silence means we've been forgotten. We see closed doors and unanswered prayers and assume we've reached a dead end.
But the Waiting Room suggests this pause is actually divine mercy. You're kept in the lobby not because you're uninvited, but because the room ahead is still being prepared for you and, more importantly, you are still being prepared for it.
The truth is, if you received everything you wanted the moment you asked, you wouldn't have the capacity to sustain it. You would be crushed by the weight of a harvest you haven't grown strong enough to carry.
The waiting isn't a delay; it's a deepening. It's the season when your roots go down deep so that when your life finally blooms, it won't topple over.
Trust the stillness. You aren't being made to wait you're being made ready.
Young women, listen carefully. I say this because I care about you, even if most men won't find it funny.
We have all made mistakes. We have all fallen short and begged for mercy at some point. That said, if you want peace and lasting happiness in your relationship or marriage, follow these rules without compromise:
1. Never tell a man your body count. If you are not a virgin, that is already enough information. If he insists on knowing more, do not give him the full truth. Your past sexual history is none of his business. Bury it completely and never show anyone where the grave is.
2. You talk too much. Learn to keep quiet sometimes. Silence is powerful.
3. The fastest way to a man's heart is respect. Stop trying to be his equal. You are not.
4. Never speak ill of your father in the presence of any man. Ever.
5. Do not marry a rich man. Marry a kind man.
6. Stop entering marriage with a "what if we divorce" mindset. That single thought poisons and kills the marriage before it even begins.
7. Ignore marital advice from single mothers, especially the bitter ones.
8. Never make your man feel small or inadequate. Encourage him daily. Pray for him. Pray with him.
9. Avoid cheating at all costs. If you have ever cheated, guard that secret with your life. If it ever comes to light, end the relationship immediately, because if you don't the consequences will be severe and you'll have to live with it.
10. Stop chasing money so hard that you neglect genuine relationships. One day you will look up, find yourself over 35, still unmarried, and begging for the love you once turned down.
11. Never look down on any man. But when you decide to commit, choose only an intentional man with vision, not a fraudster or a drifter.
12. Support your man as much as you possibly can. Take initiative. Do not always wait for him to ask.
Follow these and you greatly increase your chances of peace. Ignore them at your own peril.
Dear sis,
Your hormones are everything.
They control your moods, your period, your skin, your weight, your energy, your fertility, your focus, even how beautiful or confident you feel.
When they’re balanced, life flows
When they’re not, everything feels “off”.
Here are the 5 most important female hormones every woman should know 👇🏻
People often speak of the sacrifices parents make for their children, but almost no one acknowledges the quiet compromises children make for their parents.
So many of us grew up watching our parents struggle, and instinctively softened ourselves to spare them pain. We learned to swallow our wants before they ever became requests. We picked up a book in a shop, only to put it back the moment we overheard them discussing the month’s budget. We pretended school excursions didn’t interest us because we knew the extra fee would tighten things at home.
We hid our heartbreaks, adjusted our dreams, and chose nearer or lesser colleges....not for lack of ambition, but because we sensed the burden our choices could bring. These are the small, invisible sacrifices of childhood, the ones no one writes poems about, yet they shape us just as deeply.
The Lord is my helper
He has crowned me with favor
He will never leave me nor forsake me
I will never experience delay in all that I do
It has become obvious, His hand is upon everything that concerns me
Every demonic voice raised to accuse me is permanently silenced
I walk in unusual speed for the rest of this year
Whatever and whoever is connected to me enjoys the favor of God
I enjoy divine, strategic, destiny-transforming partners and relationships
I carry the presence of God everywhere I go
I am the preferred one
I am permanently blessed
Type “Amen” if this prayer is for you 🙏
I will marry right.
And we will serve the Lord together in love and in faith.
I manifest a kingdom marriage for myself!!
RT if this prayer is for you too.💕
