Was interviewed for an #NA post last week but was unable to take it due to the hours. Instead, I was offered a bank post. HR just called and informed me that they didn't have bank positions for NAs prior to the interview but created one as a result 😁. #NQNA#NursingAssociate

This is such a worrying time for the #nursing profession, when the need for committed, excellent care providers is only growing !!
All the more reason for people to explore new routes in, such as becoming a #nursingassociate.

Fantastic article @vicster2007 !!
What a fascinating journey you've been on already in your career...and it's not over yet 🎓🎓🎓 Your colleagues are so lucky to have a #nursingassociate on their team with such commitment and passion for the role.
In some areas the provision of physical and mental healthcare is still largely separate. For the last 2 days I've been working in our Physical Health Centre. The generic role of the #NursingAssociate has been really useful in ensuring that I can do both. #NQNA#Na#Nursing
How amazing to hear Ruth May @CNOEngland speaking so passionately about what nursing means to her.

Today I solo scrubbed for the first time. The patient was awake, watching the surgery and told us all about how he had helped develop the technology we were using, back in the 70's! (although its changed a bit). How amazing! #RNA#nursingassociates#ilovemyjob@nhsuhcw
