I can give my order id and case no. if you can assist. Coz I already talked with customer service number that you provided in message but they asked me to wait for 2-3 days just to get a call back.

@airindia My ticket should not be in open status because I have called for cancelling the ticket multiple times on [phone]. I was told that refund would be processed in 7 to 14 days, now it has been a month since I cancelled the ticket on 25/08/2023
