@zama is launching its token through a sealed-bid Dutch auction running on January 12–15, using @zama’s own encryption tech to keep bids private and bot-free.

How it works:

1. Before Jan 12:
Shield your stablecoins (USDC/USDT/DAI) to get confidential versions you can use to bid.

2. Jan 12–15, Place your bids:
▪︎ You choose the price (public)
▪︎ The amount you want stays private
You can submit, edit, or cancel bids anytime.

3. Jan 16–19, Price & allocation:
The system sets a clearing price (the lowest price that gets filled).
Everyone at or above this price gets tokens and pays the same amount.

Note: Bids get filled from the highest bidder down until the allocated tokens are exhausted at the clearance price.

4. Jan 20, Claim:
Claim your tokens (fully unlocked ERC-20) and any refunds.

Other details:

▪︎ 8% of the supply sold in the auction

▪︎ 2% sold afterward at the same clearing price (capped per person)

▪︎ Mainnet launches before the auction
