In coordination with the @US_FDA efforts to help address the infant formula shortage, we’re pleased to share that we’re introducing two additional hypoallergenic infant formulas to the US this fall: Pepticate and Pepticate Syneo®.

These are extensively hydrolyzed infant formulas for babies with cow milk allergy (CMA) that are widely used in Europe & around the world. We also continue to increase production of Neocate® amino acid-based formulas for children with more severe CMA and multiple food allergies.

As Danone has publicly committed already, so far, we are planning to import an additional total of approximately 38 million 8-ounce bottle equivalents into the U.S. We look forward to learning more regarding the new FDA framework.
