Shout-out to Michigan Secretary of State @JocelynBenson for her tireless work running an incredibly efficient election during the most difficult circumstances possible. The largest turnout in state history and the unofficial count competed just 24 hours after the polls closed.
Yes, and I'm hoping that because of Hunter, we will have more honest conversations about addiction in America. The shame of substance abuse keeps too many people from getting treatment they need, and Joe Biden has modeled family love and support that are so helpful.
My brother and I heard the news from the streets of Harlem, the NYC way. We immediately called our parents, who had not yet heard, the biblical way (as they would say). We felt hope, peace, joy, love, and relief all throughout the city. To say weβre grateful is an understatement.

Let's be clear: Michiganders overwhelmingly approved voting reforms in 2018, including no-excuse absentee voting. But Republicans chose not to allow early counting of absentee ballots. Now, they're crying foul because it took too long and they didn't get the results they wanted.
Either way this goes in Georgia, we owe @staceyabrams our greatest gratitude and respect. Rarely does one person deserve such disproportionate credit for major progress and change.
