Ordered a burger from Domino's and received a burnt product. Raised a complaint through the app, but instead of resolving the issue, the store manager's response was: "Ab unse hi karwa lo resolve jisko escalate kiya hai tumne."
Very disappointing
After speaking with the manager, Vivek Dubey (Mob: 8400169749), and explaining the issue, his response was:
"Ab unse hi karwa lo resolve jisko escalate kiya hai tumne."
This is highly unprofessional customer service. Customers should not be treated this way when reporting genuine
Very poor service experience with @urbancompany_UC.
The motor of my washing machine was recently replaced by your technician and I was informed that it has around 3 yrs warranty. Now the same issue has occurred again the machine is not working and the dryer is not functioning.
@UC_Assist The same issue has occurred again within a short period, which clearly indicates poor service or faulty parts. I request you to recheck the service details and provide resolution accordingly.

This is not acceptable. At the time of service, your technician clearly informed that the motor comes with around 3 years warranty. Now you are denying support saying it is out of warranty.
