@HenryBl58377009 To me, it just seemed like Gildea pointed out the problems with what Karen's team filed & then how Colin's lawyers responded. He told them both to stop pandering to social media.
I like Gildea's rulings to a point. He makes statements & rarely let Karen's team rebut them.
@carriecherry75 Life360, from a passenger, was good enough track speed and location to put away Mackenzie Shirilla, proving she sped up & intentionally crashed the car. Why is a stop so hard for it to determine for Allie?
In fact, why is all tech so defective in this case but good elsewhere?
@justlarry315 Eventually, he's going to have to turn over discovery. If not for this, for his defamation case, as he's a party. Do they all not realize that to prove defamation, it's on the plaintiffs to prove what the defendants are saying are lies?!
What about the Brians & their phones?
@amcuomo1257@DataDecoder11 Yes, it's possible.
In Karen's 1st trial, DNA results didn't come in until after the trial started, took a week or so.
In Myles King's case, RS said he waited a year to see the results of a DNA test & he never got all 6 search warrants from MP.
Lally seems lazy or careless.
@von672@DonutsBaga Her phones are in the custody of the NCDAO or MSP and have been for years. I don't think anyone's been able to get into them and that's due to bad search warrants, right π€·πΎββοΈ
@von672@DonutsBaga Wouldn't providing it help the O'keefe's win their suit against her? Why not provide it, proving she's full of it & help the O'keefe's shut her up for good?
It would be so simple. Also how is he planning to also avoid discovery in the defamation case he's a party in? It's odd.
@BoozeyBeauty My eyes bugged out. I couldn't believe it.
I was like, um, didn't Karen try to bring everyone into this lawsuit in 2025, but it was denied? That should have been on the docket. And does Gildea also not know she already sued Proctor in his own capacity? MP knew in so many ways.
@eak80jrice@suspiciousauce@KyleSharkey8@TheEmilySee@MarburyvVeryMad@BoozeyBeauty@GlammaSooz I wouldn't doubt there's more to his involvement. I was surprised he showed up in person at a hearing this year. I think it was the one where Karen was trying to get Proctor's phone records.
He was sitting at the back of the courtroom taking notes.
What's got him so worried π€
@shawnmikey716@kelly_steffee So bizarre when they kept repeating the motions to make it thousands of pages of copies. I didn't think the Court would let them get away with it for much longer.
