@PearsonSupport I understand that technology sometimes fails, but when that happens it is your responsibility to compensate students.

@PearsonSupport I'd also like to know what you are going to do to help instructors who now have to spend hours they didn't plan on having to spend answering student emails, designing alternative assignments, and endlessly checking your status updates.

@PearsonSupport Another problem is that I can't even have the students just skip the missed Revel work and give them alternatives because their grades are auto-synced to Canvas and I can't delete published assignments.

@PearsonSupport I agree, our students definitely deserve a refund. Our institution's summer classes are fast-paced, intensive courses which are often taken by busy people who are working full time, and a 5-day delay in their work causes major stress.
