Trying to let them now that they would have a huge voting block if they appealed to gig workers in the state. We need TNC reform. That law was written to benefit Uber and Lyft.

@NassauExec Bruce I'm an Uber driver in Albany. The current TNC laws are keeping out competition and better wages for drivers. Appeal to this. We need that law amended so drivers can get their own commercial insurance. Lower the application fee which is 100k. That's a voting block of 300k.

@DMV_Driver @obiriders Now they can require drivers to have that but the problem is is that the current TNC laws in most states require the company to provide the commercial insurance. Doing it that way is extremely expensive and that means drivers will be missing out on quite a bit of income.

@NassauExec Bruce a good idea would be to appeal to all the gig workers in NY. We need serious change. Hochul has asked illegals to saturate our markets driving down pay and making work much more scarce. The TNC law needs to be overhauled. Those licenses given to illegals need revoked.
