DIGITAL "INSTIGATORS" UNDER DELHI POLICE SCANNER

Delhi Police's probe into the Jantar Mantar violence is widening.

Several prominent influencers and YouTubers are now under the scanner. Three digital marketing/social media firms are also being scrutinised.

Investigators are examining posts, videos and livestreams for alleged inflammatory content, misinformation, rumour-mongering and possible incitement to violence.

After earlier flagging nearly 180 social media handles, legal action could be the next step.

Ground reality of NEET students receiving FIRs 🚨

Elder sister of a NEET student who received an FIR said -

"Two days back, we received an FIR copy against my younger sister, who had just gone to the NEET protest. The police asked for her details. We showed them that she had appeared for NEET this year and was genuinely angry over the government's decision to conduct re NEET. They didn't ask any unnecessary questions or create any drama. They simply said, 'Okay, sorry for the trouble. We are taking the FIR back. The entire process took around 4-5 hours. Yesterday, they called us and informed us that FIR had been withdrawn. They also advised us not to attend such protests where so many goons are roaming around and told us to always keep the safety of girls in mind."

As I said, if you are a genuine NEET student, you don't have to worry about anything. If you are a goon or an influencer who went there just for 2 mins of fame, you are the one in danger.

Judiciary Is Changing. The Era of VIP Access May Finally Be Under Scrutiny.

The biggest message emerging from the Supreme Court under CJI Justice Surya Kant is simple:

Justice cannot have a VIP lane.

If reports and recent discussions are any indication, the push is towards one principle every matter should move through established procedures, not influence, privilege, or special access.

For decades, many have questioned why some cases appeared to receive extraordinary urgency while countless ordinary litigants waited for years. A transparent, rule-based system is what strengthens faith in the judiciary not perceived preferential treatment.

The debate has also reignited another long-pending question:

Should the collegium system continue as it is, or is it time to examine reforms that bring greater transparency and accountability while preserving judicial independence?

No institution becomes stronger by resisting reform. Institutions become stronger by embracing transparency, consistency, and equal treatment.

If every citizen is equal before the law, then every litigant should also be equal before the court.

The coming years could shape one of the most significant chapters in the evolution of India’s judicial system.
