1.We want 🐺
2.We want a community without bullying.
It’s really that simple.
If they don’t want us to make a fuss, then just release Valko and issue a statement directly.
But they’re doing nothing.

@TaylorZir0 She doesn't have a Twitter account. I only found out last night that she went to negotiate with Infold again. I don't know exactly what happened, but she was taken to the emergency room for resuscitation. I hope she's okay.
This is the clarification from the Valkyrie who was cyberbullied to the point of wanting to jump off a building. She was deeply hurt by wwp's slander against her, which caused her secondary harm. She gathered the courage to state the facts. PPG had promised to provide her with help, but repeatedly brushed her off, and the promised email reply never came.
Why should she be cyberbullied just for liking Valko? Why did PPG see it but do nothing? A company clearly has the responsibility to manage its community, yet it remains indifferent to our pain. This is dereliction of duty, this is coldness—PPG is an accomplice to bullying.

PPG can't even compare to a kindergarten kid. At least most children have the courage to admit their mistakes and correct them, whereas PPG just plays dumb and even shifts the blame onto the government.

In my view, Infold has no sense of responsibility as a CN game company. It continues deploying paid fans to claim Valko’s removal was ordered by the CN government. When will Infold stop lying about the CN government?

Community cyberbullying has long gone effectively unchecked. Although PPG repeatedly promised that its legal team would follow up on cases and keep victims updated on progress, in the end there was nothing but perfunctory responses and broken promises. Given all this, where can victimized players actually turn to have their grievances heard?

PPG is obligated to manage the game community, yet it has instead tolerated cyberbullying and harassment—and even taken the lead in it itself. Abusive and cursing comments are left undeleted, while normal players are instead deleted and blocked.

🇨🇳 It's been a pleasure to fall in love with Chinese culture and a personal honor not to miss celebrating National Day in China! For years, my genuine attraction and attachment to Chinese traditions and traditional art were cultivated through a variety of digital products:
Happy National Day to China! 🇨🇳 Wishing the country and its people continued prosperity, peace, and success.
Chinese games have captured the imagination of players worldwide, from Genshin Impact to Honkai: Star Rail, showcasing the creativity, artistry, and storytelling depth of China's gaming industry. These titles have become cultural ambassadors, building bridges between China and the global community. However, many international players are troubled by how Papergames (叠纸游戏) has handled its game, Love and Deepspace (《恋与深空》).
Love and Deepspace holds the potential to be another shining example of Chinese cultural export. With millions of players across the world, particularly women, it has drawn global audiences into Chinese storytelling. Yet the company's actions have undermined this potential and tarnished the reputation of Chinese gaming abroad.
Despite its global player base, Papergames has ignored the concerns of international players for over three months, offering no meaningful response to their requests. As an artistic game, it has failed to protect its own creative work by cancelling a highly anticipated character, Valko (敖尹), rather than defending its artistic integrity. The character's cancellation stemmed from an effort to appease bullies. The company has condoned cyberbullying within its community for years, allowing toxic behaviour to drive its decisions and silencing those who spoke up.
I believe these actions do not reflect the values that China's cultural export programme seeks to promote, such as respect, fairness, and cross-cultural understanding. Instead, they risk damaging the trust that global players have placed in Chinese games. A Chinese game with millions of players worldwide has the opportunity to be a bridge, not a barrier. It can represent the best of Chinese creativity and win the admiration of the world. But that requires listening to its global audience, protecting its own creations, and refusing to bow to bullying.
I hope that your team will look into this matter so that Papergames may address the concerns of its global player base, uphold the values of cultural exchange, and restore the reputation of Chinese gaming abroad.
