I think I've given up on all of the big phone service providers. Getting service with a company like @Verizon or @TMobile is just asking to get scammed.

I tried to swap to @Verizon last saturday and spent the week without service or anything I was promised, paid them literally hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing and eventually had to completely cancel my service.

Worst customer support I've ever experienced in my life.

So @Verizon I guess I'm looking for a new cell provider- how's your snail mail policy? Basically; you're a mobile provider send a text or literally any other form of electronic communication instead. Snail mail shouldn't even be an option.

Hey @SamsungMobileUS I checked and my old, unused Galaxy S8 is like twice it's original width from thermal expansion of a battery still within it's lifespan. Apparently this is just normal for your devices? That's really fucking sketchy. Care to comment?

Everyone and their mom from @BYU is distressed because people said "fuck the Mormons" during a sports game and they're all up in arms like "where's the tolerance?" and I just find that ironic as someone who lived in Utah for decades and had Mormons make my life a living hell.
