Day 4 of the peaceful protest continues at Adarsha Vidyalayas!

All members of the Adarsha Vidyalaya Teachers' Association are wearing black badges, urging the Govt to address our 13-point charter, especially:
1️⃣ Govt employee status
2️⃣ Uniform cadre rules

All members of the Adarsh Vidyalaya Teachers Association held a peaceful demonstration today by wearing black badges in school, urging the Government to kindly consider our 13-point charter of demands.

We humbly request the Govt. to address the long-pending issues of OAV teachers, especially:
1️⃣ Government employee status
2️⃣ Uniform cadre rules

We are initial appointee of OAVS. We are still struggling for Regularisation. Our honourable CM abolished Contractual policy from 17 oct 22 but we are taking initial appointee salary till now.
