This woman was Ĺòçķed up after her ex-husband’s family àççûsed her of ķìĺĺìñģ one of their brothers.
Years ago, she was married into the family but was eventually çhàsed out of her husband’s house.
She has five children for her husband, but life ďèàĺţ her a ďèvàstatìñģ ßlow.
This is to inform the general public that this boy is not from Ebonyi State.
He may have been forced to claim that he is from Ebonyi State.
We have made our enquiry and it confirms that the boy is not and never from Ebonyi state.
Furthermore, let me also use this opportunity to let us know this, you people need to understand the difference between Ebonyi and Abakaliki. Not everyone from Ebonyi State is from Abakaliki, just as not everyone from Anambra State is from Anam.
People from Ohaozara do not speak or understand the language spoken by the people of Abakaliki.
They are two different people and culture significantly differs.
An ohaozara man and Abakeleke man has nothing in common, you can do your research.
It is therefore wrong to label every person from Ebonyi State as an Abakaliki man or woman. Ebonyi State is not the same as Abakaliki, and this distinction must be understood.

@Bashir_GS I'm not surprised at all.
Not only subsidy money, I can vouch that they also borrowed money to fund the election.
Billions in dollar borrowed, you think it's just figures.
Oh my God, did God actually create this country.
Judgment is a court’s final decision determining the rights and liabilities of parties in a çàsè.
Ruling is a court’s decision on a particular issue or application raised during the proceedings.
Lets say that in Judgment, The court finds the defendant liable and orders him to pay ₦2 million.
While in Ruling, The court grants or refuses an application for bail or an adjournment.
Judgment happens at the end of the matter while ruling happens in the middle or even start of the matter.
A judgment generally determines the çàsè, while a ruling determines an issue arising during the çàsè. However, some rulings can finally dispose of a matter.

Deji is my call mate, and he has said a lot of unprintable and unpleasant things about Peter Obi.
This is someone who pretended to want Nigeria to work, only to switch sides at the eleventh hour, just before the election, and started making unkind remarks about Peter Obi.
Recently, he publicly challenged Peter Obi, alleging that Obi is working for Tinubu and demanding that Obi prove otherwise if he is not working for Tinubu’s re-election.
It is not Obi’s responsibility to prove Deji wrong rather, it is Deji’s responsibility to prove that his allèģàtion is true.
He is a lawyer, and I expect him to know that whoever allègès must prove.
Is it this same Tinubu in this coat that Obi is working for, or another Tinubu?
Deji, of a boy, plays too much.
I hope Deji is keeping a record of every attack he has made against Obi.
BREAKING NEWS:
The Nigerian Government has confirmed an Ebola çàsè in Abuja, with 44 individuals identified for contact tracing to prevent further spread of the v!ŕùs.
The Minister of Health, Ali Pate, is reported to have confirmed the development in an official statement today.
Honestly, this is the worst possible time for another serious health çŕìsis to hit Nigeria. Given the state of our healthcare system and the government's apparent nonchalance towards the health and welfare of ordinary citizens, the consequences could be ďèvastating if the situation is not handled urgently and effectively as was handled when Onyebuch Chukwu was the minister of health.
My greatest concern is that, if international financial assistance from the World Health Organization (WHO) becomes available, the government will become more interested in the funds than in protecting the lives of Nigerians.
Nigeria cannot afford negligence or mismanagement in a matter involving human lives. Please inform others.
I honestly don't take that statement too serious.
I have seen smokers outlive people that don't smoke or even drink alcohol.
Some people's body is so strong and powerful while some are not, those whose system are strong will never have any lungs issues or any health related diseases.
The thing is that people should be monitoring their health, If smoke disturbs you one way or the other, the best is to totally quit smoking.
Lastly, I think we will die when will die whether we smoke or not.
It is so disappointing to hear an Executive Governor lamenting that he is not owing contractors; rather, the contractors are the ones owing him.
This picture explains what will happen after next year’s election.
Prince, Governor 4+4, will be shocked to discover how he lost the election, despite sharing Ebonyi people’s money to secure their votes.
Just as he was surprised to become Governor, he will equally be surprised when he is voted out.
Nwifuru will definitely return to his village to cool off in the palace he built for his father.
Dave Umahi will also lose his local government to Peter Obi, and in shame, he will remove his cap just as he did here.
This picture tells us that both men are tired.
Dave wanted to impose Tinubu and the APC on our people, but it will not work. After all his boasting, he will cry foul.
Barr Zubby, my brother was involved in a fìģht with someone, and both of them sustained injùŕies. The other man was rushed to the hospital, later discharged, but unfortunately đìèd two days later. The police have now ärrèsted my brother in connection with his dèàth.
This is a bit complicated but the fact that the other man đìèd two days after the fìģht does not automatically make your brother ģùilty of mùŕđer or mànslàùģhter.
The þŕòsecution must establish the relevant óffèñçe and prove the necessary legal elements. Crucially, medical evidence and other admissible evidence must establish whether your brother’s actions caused or materially contributed to the dèàth.
Please note that the fact that both men sustained injùŕies does not, by itself, absolve either of them of çrimiñal responsibility.
Under the Nigerian Çrimiñal Code, the circumstances may support a charge of màñslàùģhter or mùŕđèr, depending on the evidence
Do not assume that the hospital discharge clears your brother, or that the subsequent dèàth automatically makes him a mùŕđèrer. The defence must investigate the medical cause of dèàth.
JUDGMENT.
I have carefully considered the evidence before this Honourable Court and the submissions of counsel.
The claimant alleges that the defendants unlawfully disclosed private footage of him recorded within their hotel premises and that the footage was subsequently sent to his wife, causing him serious emotional distress and damage to his marriage.
The manager denied sending the video but failed to provide any explanation as to how the footage could have been obtained and disclosed. However, a denial alone does not establish liability. The claimant must prove his case on the balance of probabilities.
Having considered the evidence, this Court finds that the unauthorized disclosure of a hotel guest's private footage, where proved to have been carried out by the defendants or persons for whose conduct they are legally responsible, constitutes an actionable invasion of privacy. The circumstances of this çàse further demonstrate the foreseeable emotional hàŕm such disclosure could cause.
Accordingly, judgment is entered in favour of the claimant, subject to the Court's finding that the defendants' responsibility for the disclosure has been established by the evidence.
The defendants shall pay the claimant ₦35,000,000 (Thirty-Five Million Naira) as general damages and ₦2,300,000 (Two Million, Three Hundred Thousand Naira) as costs of the action, as claimed and proved.
The total monetary award is ₦37,300,000 (Thirty-Seven Million, Three Hundred Thousand Naira).
This shall be the judgment of this Court.
All in court: As court pleases.
Barr. Ikpeama: You sued the hotel management, Mr. Ile Amu?
Ile Amu: Yes, sir. I sued them for v!olating my privacy and causing me severe emotional dìştress and psychological tŕàùma.
Barr. Ikpeama: Tell this Honourable Court exactly what happened.
Ile Amu: I lodged in a hotel for the weekend and checked out on Monday morning. Before I left, the receptionist, who works closely with the hotel manager, asked me to give them something, meaning a tip. I told them I didn't have much cash on me.
Barr. Ikpeama: What happened afterwards?
Ile Amu: I went home and proceeded to work. That afternoon, I received a WhatsApp message from an unknown number containing a photograph and a video of me arriving at the hotel with a lady at night and kissing her in front of the hotel reception.
Barr. Ikpeama: How did you conclude that the video came from the hotel management?
Ile Amu: The background was clearly that of the hotel. More importantly, the sender wrote, "You think you are smart? A little tip would have made all the difference. We have sent the video to your wife too."
That was when I became convinced that the hotel receptionist and the manager were responsible.
Barr. Ikpeama: What about your wife? What happened when she saw the video?
Ile Amu: Before I returned home that day, my wife had already packed her belongings. As soon as I entered the house, she slàþþed me several times and walked out. She called me a çhroñìc çhèàt.
The hotel has ŕùined my life, counsel.
Barr. Ikpeama: How did the hotel obtain your wife's phone number?
Ile Amu: I provided it when I filled out the hotel's form.
Barr. Ikpeama: My Lord, we seek the Court's permission to examine the hotel manager.
Judge: Proceed, counsel.
Barr. Ikpeama: Mr. Manager, did you send the video of the claimant to his wife?
Manager: No, sir. I did not send any video.
Barr. Ikpeama: Mr. Manager, a hotel is not a public gathering where people simply stand around recording guests. The video clearly appears to have been obtained from the hotel's CCTV system. Would you deny that someone with access to that system could have leaked it?
Manager: I did not do it, sir, and I do not know who did.
Barr. Ikpeama: That will be all for him, My Lord.
My Lord, the claimant seeks an award of ₦35 million as general damages for the vìòlation of his privacy and the resulting hàŕm, together with ₦2.3 million as the cost of instituting this action.
Check reply for judgement.

@NigeriaStories I know e no go pass aba or Onitsha.
Our people mess with our health just because they want to make money.
There is also fake beer, normal beer that we drink now has fake.
Almost everything in Nigeria has fake.
What a country
Coming out from someone's Father.
What a shame..
It annoys me even more that this foolish man brought Abiola into this.
We have alot of empty heads in this country oo.
I mean, how can a very reasonable man wake up, dress like this and say rubbish.
He should also understand that now is different from the time Abiola contested.
@yabaleftonline I love as people are speaking up, everyone is affected by the policies of this current government, nobody buys fuel cheaper than the other.
Obi may not be perfect but I strongly believe he will turn around the captivity of this country.
@yabaleftonline What is stop showing your anger because you are angry.
You beat up a child and expect the child not to cry.
The heart breaking thing is that this statement is coming from someone we love and appreciate his craft.
Someone we hoped to speak on our behalf.
It's unfortunate.
Everything is wrong in this country and I'm putting the blame on our leaders, because if they are competent enough, things wouldn't have gotten to this extent.
Leaders could have gone after the people that make these fake products. Or even pass a bill into law, the law will be very strict and punishment for fake products is life imprisonment.
I suggest life imprisonment because these products kill and damage people's kidney so it will be good for the people that produce the products to be sentenced to life imprisonment.
I strongly believe that it will deter other people from producing fake products.
@AudiBenz_@yabaleftonline You see! This happened because you are not used to that kind of job, however they are people who specialize in that kind of job.
To them, lifting cement and carrying blocks is not anything
