If you have not already done so, you can connect via the OBDLink app and go to Diagnostics > Reports > PID Snapshot to see what OBD-II PIDs are supported by your vehicle.
@TalentsourcerAU
I am sorry for the tardiness of this response, and I thank you for your patience thus far.
If your vehicle supports DPF parameters via OBD-II, you should be able to read DPF Soot reading and other diesel-related PIDs.
@abwabwabwabwabw
What other third-party app are you referring to? Is it Carista?
The included OBDLink app only connects to OBD-II(Emissions-related) data by default. To read OEM data like TPMS parameters, you would need to install one of the OBDLink enhanced add-ons.
@lololanas MX+ o EX serían nuestras herramientas de escaneo recomendadas, pero como la aplicación OBDLink incluida se conecta a los datos OBD-II (relacionados con las emisiones), le recomendamos que también use el software FORScan..
@i0s3n
Thank you for your patience thus far.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a timeframe of when the included OBDLink app will support OEM DTC reading for GM vehicles made after 2019. However, you may be able to use a third-party app like Gretio to accomplish this.
@JamesCerulo
We are happy to hear that you are loving EX with the Torque app so far. If you do have any specific questions in the future, we would be happy to help.
@LesTurn79006842
Yes, MX+ can be used with any OBD-II Compliant vehicle to read and clear OBD-II DTCs and read OBD-II Live parameters, including your 2020 Volvo V60.
@big_boss954 "The only thing I have planned is the upgraded cluster to the premium and upgrading my radio to the 8.4 radio".
Because this would be considered OEM configuration, it is likely you will not be able to accomplish this without a Security Gateway Bypass.
@big_boss954 Starting from Model Year 2018 (Fiat 500L from MY2017) FCA installs the Security Gateway Module (SGW) which blocks access to diagnostics for the third-party software. Because of this, we recommend visiting AlfaOBD's website for additional recommendations.
@djxpiro Yes, MX+ and the included OBDLink app will read and clear generic OBD codes for all OBD-II compliant vehicles, including your 2005 Chevy Colorado.
@dohbee
We are sorry to hear that you are still getting bothered by this particular message. Our app developer as been updating our privacy policy to be compliant with Android's policy changes and this seems to be a result of this change.
