@lloydsbank please advise how I can push through my mortgage completion - it has been stuck in limbo with #optimalegal for weeks and is costing hundreds of pounds in interest. They don’t respond and reflect terribly on you as their chosen conveyancers. Many others affected.

@phatmatt76 @LloydsBank @LBGplc @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog @PEXA_Group Yes it went through a few days ago. “Result” seemingly achieved by simultaneously submitting formal complaint to optima via portal and demanding written response w/i 48 hrs: asking Lloyds to raise it to highest complaint level (level 3 apparently) and ranting a lot on here….

@LBGplc @HalifaxBank Could Kim please comment on your use of #OptimaLegal who are hugely failing myself and hundreds of others desperately trying to complete our remortgages due to their appalling service. We are 100s of pounds out of pocket due to their incompetence. It’s costing others thousands.

@LloydsBank Hi Delina - only time I got through in weeks of calling for an update was 23 Sept I was told it was imminent in next day or so but hasn’t moved. No explanation given for delays - all paperwork complete was marked urgent by Lloyds 2 weeks ago to avoid the charges- to no avail

@BBCWatchdog Please look into #optimalegal - supposed conveyancers for many high street banks. Many of us desperately waiting for our approved mortgages to complete as paying £xxxs in interest due to their delays. No movement / update in six weeks. Awful and banks doing nothing
