ترأستُ اليوم اجتماع مجلس أمناء كلية الإمارات للتطوير التربوي، حيث استعرضنا مواصلة تقدم الكلية في مجالات النمو الأكاديمي، وتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية التربوية، والحوكمة، والتحول المؤسسي.

وشهد الاجتماع استعراض النمو المتسارع الذي تحققه الكلية، بما في ذلك ارتفاع أعداد الطلبة بنسبة 316% خلال الأعوام الأكاديمية الأربعة الماضية، بما يعكس النمو المتزايد في الطلب الوطني على إعداد المعلمين وتأهيلهم وفق متطلبات المستقبل ومسارات التطوير المهني الحديثة.

كما ناقشنا عدداً من المبادرات الاستراتيجية الداعمة للإطار الوطني للكفاءات التربوية، وبرامج إعداد القيادات التربوية، والتعلم المهني المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب جهود الكلية المستمرة في تعزيز الجاهزية المؤسسية ودعم تطوير المنظومة التعليمية في دولة الإمارات.

ضمن مبادرة «بورك غرسكم»، تواصل كلية الإمارات للتطوير التربوي زياراتها الميدانية لمدارس الدولة، حيث زارت الدكتورة مي ليث الطائي، مديرة الكلية، مدرسة التعاون في أبوظبي، للاطلاع على الممارسات التعليمية الملهمة، ودعم خريجي الكلية من القيادات التربوية في مواقع عملهم.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة تأكيدًا على التزام الكلية بتمكين القيادات التربوية، وتعزيز تبادل الخبرات، ودعم أثر خريجيها في تطوير البيئة المدرسية، بما يسهم في بناء منظومة تعليمية أكثر كفاءة واستدامة في دولة الإمارات.

As part of the “Seeds That Shape the Future” initiative, Emirates College for Advanced Education continued its field visits to schools across the UAE, with Dr. May Laith Al Taee, Vice Chancellor of ECAE, visiting Al Tawaun School in Abu Dhabi.

The visit highlighted inspiring educational practices and reaffirmed ECAE’s commitment to supporting its graduates in leadership roles, strengthening knowledge exchange, and empowering educational leaders to drive positive impact within schools.

Through this initiative, ECAE continues to showcase the growing impact of its programs in advancing learning environments and supporting a more effective and sustainable education system in the UAE.
