First time in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. I visited https://t.co/zQ60pkIenB to buy my first Rolex @ROLEX . The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommed @ROLEX to set some service standards for their partners selling their watches. Do not visit this store.
