I cannot sufficiently articulate how badly I wish to see a resurgence in classical stories in tandem with a profusion of new stories & tales for kids and Young Adults. This is a battlefield on which we can win, handily. We just need to take up both cross and pen.

Stories can teach you far more than simply telling you something can. Children’s stories shape your perception of the world as well from an early age. It’s evident to me that not enough people read Aesop’s Fables growing up, in particular the Fox and the Grapes, because this explains so much about what is occurring at this given time in so many.
