Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.
@TeachMrReed Yes! Taking off a day or two for mental health is SO important. However keep in mind when returning to make sure the effect on everyone else is a positive rather than a negative #TTLs22
We should be thanking, not criticizing, educators for doing their best to hold things together, despite so many uncontrollable factors making their job so much harder since the pandemic started.
