So Karen Read filed not one, but TWO separate "Emergency Motions to Correct the Record" - and each one relied on different tweets.

Think about that - of all the attorneys and people there that day that had to sign affidavits, Karen Read and her team are the only ones combing through Twitter, collecting posts and filing emergency motions asking the court to "correct the record" based on social media.

And let's pretend, just for the sake of argument, that Judge Gildea was wrong. Congratulations - way to tell the judge it was MOST DEFINITELY you and your attorneys leaking information at SOME point and one or all of you lied on your affidavits. 🤣

As for what Judge Gildea actually said nothing about it was off base. Everyone knows her games with social media and reminding the attorneys of their duty of candor was sorely needed given the history surrounding every single one of her cases.
