@lolacoaster I have seen a lot of post all day on social media saying people are having issues renewing on mobile (my sister included) that it works better on a laptop/computer

@FrshBakedDisney I logged in a little before 9am (like 8:45ish) and was able to renew a few minutes after 12 noon. A total wait time of 3hrs with no issues
