Guidelines will be in place at all work sites for health and safety practices and any concerns or questions regarding safety should be communicated to your supervisor.
Beginning next week, the district will begin the second phase of its staggered return-to-work plan. The schedule below lists the specific dates that 12-month staff will return to their assigned work locations. If you are not sure of your status please contact your supervisor.
The return-to-work second phase excludes employees 65 years of age and older, and anyone who has previously received an accommodation. Accommodations must be determined through a process handled by the Legal Department.
There is no change for individuals approved to remain at home due to an approved leave of absence, a medical accommodation or are age 65 and above. The district will continue to practice social distancing and other protocols to provide a safe work environment.
On Monday, May 18, the district will resume regular hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Employees working this week should continue to report to their current assignment.
Any adjusted shifts or hours will be communicated by supervisors.
Remaining clerical staff will report to work as directed by their supervisors. Other staff teleworking will be returning to work locations in the coming weeks or when directed by their supervisor.
A follow up communication will be sent to staff by Friday, May 1, to outline employee groups that will return to work and when they should return. Instructions will also be provided at that time for individuals unable to report to work.
