Purchasing a new phone from @Verizon. My old phone was a @SamsungMobile Galaxy S6 edge. New phone is a KAZUNA eTalk (flip phone). Verizon charged $20 for an upgrade fee. I don't see going from a smart phone to a flip phone as an upgrade. Should I be charged a $20 "upgrade" fee?
