I was honored to visit the @UnaidsZ Country Office with @Phenomenayouths as we went to pay a Courtesy visit to the new @UnaidsZ Country Director Mr Issac Ahemesah and discussed matters regarding young people living with HIV.

Living with HIV has done a huge number on me when it comes to self doubt. I have lived with a constant companion, always whispering, “Will they accept you?". It creeps in every now and then when good things happen, making me question my worth.

To think that years ago before I knew of U=U and Elimination of Mother to Child Transmission I told myself I wouldn't have a child cause I didn't think it was possible for a +ve mother to have an HIV -ve baby 🥹🥹 anyhu this has been the best one month with my little bestie 🥰

Having less than 200copies of HIV means there's NO chance of infecting my negative husband. Just got my viral load results & I still have less than 40 copies💃 Always a joy & relief that comes with getting undetectable results. Taking ARVs consistently really does work! U=U
