Don’t understand the structure of this football championship, there’s not enough jeopardy, Dublin have lost two games now, are obviously not good enough to progress yet are in a draw next Tuesday, it’s games for the sake of games 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Proud to donate my full £25,000 Olympic Legacy fund to @stpatsarmagh – the school that believed in me from the start. The new gym will support the next generation of Armagh athletes. Legacy isn’t just about medals – it’s about giving back. 🏫💪 #LegacyOfParis#Armagh#Paris2024
A few years ago, Sam Mulroy told @thomasniblock on GAA Social he wanted to be the best footballer in Ireland-and was mocked for it. Today he kicked 1-7 in the Leinster final, leading Louth to their first Leinster title in 68 years. Fair play to that man.
Backed it up in style
'Sigerson lads were lighting it up in the National League Finals at the weekend..'
See @DCUDocEirGAA GAA Officer Paul O'Brien laud the standard of colleges games and outline the pathway they provide for young players progressing onto county teams.

5. Pádraic Moylan, DCU DÉ/Kilkenny
The DCU DÉ captain led with heart. After the quarter-final win, boss Paul Carney praised Moylan's speech. He told the team nobody believed in them - except themselves. Moylan exemplified that belief with four huge performances.

8. Donal Shirley, DCU DÉ/Offaly
Shirley struck the opening score just seconds into DCU DÉ's quarter-final win, finishing with 0-4. His brilliant semi-final goal capped a terrific campaign where he also pinched important points against TUS Midwest and Maynooth.

13. Joe Flanagan, DCU DÉ/Dublin
Flanagan had four points in the second-half of the semi-final when DCU needed leaders. Registered 0-5 in Carlow, one more than his 0-4 in the quarter-final. The former Dublin attacker showed all his class with a brilliant point in the final too.

14. Cian Boran, DCU DÉ/Kildare
Boran had a standout campaign overall with important scores registered in the wins over Mary Immaculate College and UCC. His 1-1 from the bench against Maynooth was game defining that evening too.
