@paullewismoney @dotasscandal I would not shed any tears for the revised CEST tool. It still isn't right (i.e. it does not reflect workers' legal status) . It might reflect HMRC's view of workers' status but as the tribunals keep telling us, HMRC are usually mistaken in this field.
