Very sad to leave Hong Kong, but very happy to make it back home!

What a week! I'll do a proper recap later, but for now here are a few updates:

1. ODIN·FUN relaunched last week and we've already done 500 BTC volume in the last few days. Truly a comeback story for the ages.

2. ODIN·FUN communities are real, engaged, massive, wealthy, smart, coordinated, and a powerful force to be reckoned with. The Odin Fun comeback wasn't possible without the community, and the future of Odin Fun is bright!

3. Runes Asia, Bitcoin Asia, and BTC Summit were some of the best Bitcoin events I've ever seen. Can't wait to come back to Asia for another round of Bitcoin events.

Now a few bookkeeping updates:

1. Many users have reached out about their account still being frozen. These were accounts that were connected in some fashion to the recent exploit. After additional digging we were able to unfreeze more than half of these accounts. If you have questions or issues here, please submit a ticket in the discord. We're working through the remaining issues as fast as we can.

2. A few users reached out confused about their balance in the platform due to three illegitimate transaction fix. We're working through these as fast as we can as well. Thank you for your patience.

3. I'm drafting up a comprehensive security plan that I will share with everyone soon. This is a multi-pronged strategy to ensure users are safe trading on Odin Fun.

I held off on posting for as long as I could. I REALLY wanted to reopen trading today. Sadly it is going to take at least another day.

Audit is done (publishing publicly taking longer than I would have liked but coming soon).

User funds are safe and secure.

Platform state fixes are in final stages. Please note that if you are going to try to bot buys and sells when the platform reopens you should know that prices may change (due to illegitimate/affected trade removal).

We've also been testing non-stop (the entire team testing all the time). I have one more small issue to track down but otherwise things are looking really fantastic.

We are very close to reopening trading. Best case scenario we're ~48 hours away. However it could still be delayed another few days (or more) in the worst case.

1. User funds: I bought $1.7M of Bitcoin today to send into ODIN•FUN (deposit coming soon). It felt fantastic. David Bailey must have been on top of the world during their 12 hour BTC acquisition period for Naka.

2. Audit: We'll be releasing a full audit report plus an external review report prior to going live. We should have both of these final documents in the next ~12 hours.

3. Testing: End to end tests, unit tests, internal review, external review, and audits are all ready to go. We've revamped our entire deployment workflow to dramatically increase code quality and robustness.

4. Platform state: Attackers manipulated many tokens, token prices, liquidity pools, etc. We've had many of you reach out concerned about this. We've separated all illegitimate actions from the legitimate user actions, and illegitimate actions will be reversed to preserve platform integrity.

5. Bitcoin Asia: Only 3.5 days until I leave for Hong Kong. Can't wait to meet you all in Hong Kong at the conference. We'll have a booth at Bitcoin Asia, I'll be speaking at Runes Asia and BTC Summit, and we'll have merch + some other fun surprises.

The next 48-72 hours are going to be big. Come on!

Great progress today:

1. Got initial audit results back. A few things to tidy up but overall looking really great. Will be made public once it is finalized.

2. Got a few external reviews back. Again, things looking really good.

3. In discussions with a few strategic partners to ensure user funds are fully accounted for.

4. Have recovered a good amount of BTC with more on the way. Lots of progress on the tracing / legal side.

5. We're essentially done determining the extent of the attack in the platform, and we're now implementing a plan to bring everything back online in a good state.

There is a lot more I could say, but it isn't helpful to share more details now. Hopefully soon!
