Now @RBI Ombudsman has become dysfunctional and is good example of failed #DigitalIndia. No action has been taken for ODR Dispute against @ICICIBank filed at @ODRIndia Portal since 08-01-2022. #DigitalEconomy would remain a dream only in India. @FinMinIndia
