Energy from our oceans, like wave or tidal energy, is an important part of the renewable energy mix of the future and OESA aims to accelerate its development.
To mobilise private investment in the marine energy sector, we've teamed up with #BlueInvest to organise the Marine Energy E-pitching session 10 February. Five marine energy companies will showcase their innovative solutions to the BlueInvest investor network. Good luck!
@OESA_NSR team shifting project work and accelerator activities to an online format. Service delivery team of the #Nemos wave energy device joining forces to discuss their service offer towards #Nemos#marineenergy#oceanenergy#DanWEC#SSPA
"Ocean energy devices & pilot farms should be demonstrated in real-sea conditions for several years to accelerate large-scale deployment": ETIP Ocean’s new Strategic R&I Agenda #eusew2020 webinar. #TidalBridge on scaled-up deployment of tidal turbines: https://t.co/n0qwRqY2fe
Third OESA SC meeting and first in online format 💻. Partners calling in from Scotland, England, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium & Cambodia, seeing anything from snow to 40C outside office windows. Thanks all partners for exciting updates & vivid discussions!
NEMOS has started a project in the field of respiratory ventilators to support Covid-19 treatments. To cooperate: https://t.co/YLIuf93T88 #FightCOVID19#medicalequipment#innovate4impact
NEMOS kicked off its cooperation with Danish service providers Aarlborg University and DanWEC. In the first phase, AAU will support NEMOS with simulations of their wave energy device, while DanWEC will provide access to historical and live wave data from its Hanstholm test site.
Wave energy developer @SeabasedWave & @EMEC_Ltd partnering to prepare for certification. A big step towards global wave energy commercialisation & developing collaborative services for marine energy in the @OESA_NSR project #waveenergy#marineenergy#oceanenergy
Visiting project partner Nemos' prototype that was tested earlier this year. @OESA_NSR partnership in Oostende, Belgium to further develop collaborative service offers from our partners from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the UK and The Netherlands. #marineenergy#waveenergy
