What an energizing day we had at our OES Leadership Summit! We “Leveled Up” by digging into data, upgraded our game through Root Cause Analysis, and strategized our way through gamified feedback on lesson plan templates, the master calendar, grade level goals, & a PBIS plan!

We had a great family STEM night this week at OES! Students and parents participated in family challenges and experienced together the problem solving and critical thinking involved in STEM.

5th grade has celebrated Women’s History month by researching and writing about many different influential women! Check out the beautiful wall capturing their hard work!

4th graders had an amazing experience @OLH_HCS with Agricultural Science teacher, Mr. Huff, and @OlaHigh_FFA learning about animals, planting, & ecology! They also learned about what it would be like to be a part of the Ag Science Pathway at OHS as a future Mustang!

What a great STEM we had at OES! We kicked off our morning w/ Freddy the Falcon! From hockey goals, basketball catapults, putt putt courses, balloon car races, & helmet designs that kept water balloons safe, Ss collaborated to design, build, test, tweak, & evaluate their work!

Students have done an amazing job with their STEM challenges! They created balloon cars to race, catapults to help with basketball shots, created helmets to protect a water balloon, and even a mini putt putt course! @OES_HCS #STEMHenry @drobinsonedu @drhafza
