🚨 Xbox Game Bar is SECRETLY killing your FPS in 2026 games

Even after a fresh Windows install…

it runs background capture and overlay processes that hog your GPU.

Here's the 30-second fix working right now for most people:

Fix:
1. Press Windows + I → Gaming → Xbox Game Bar
2. Toggle it OFF
3. Go to Captures → turn OFF "Record what happened"

Bonus:
Windows Settings → Gaming → Game Mode → make sure it's ON
Restart your game and check FPS.
