activities, indeed these times should be viewed as an opportunity to build up one’s most holy faith by praying more fervently and engaging in an in-depth perusal of the word (Jude 1:20;Acts 6:4). There should therefore be no ‘social distancing’ with God. #nodistancingwithGod

*No social distancing with God* The novel virus which has so rapidly become a household name has sent shivers down the spine of many. The virus as with many other communicable diseases passes from person to person essentially by close contact.

in Psalm 42:1, ‘as the hart(deer) panteth after the water brooks so panteth my soul after thee’. He should crave for a more intimate rather than a ‘distal’ experience with the creator. Rather than viewing the lockdown period as a holiday or an escape from the regular church

Let’s soak in these psalms like a sponge and claim the promises contained in them for ourselves and our loved ones. Surely, it shall be well with the righteous for they shall the fruit of their doings (Isaiah 3:10). #donotfear

Fear is never the key:-
The recent corona virus pandemic has left in its wake a global socioeconomic lockdown unprecedented in modern human history. Medics and government all over the world have been making drastic and frantic effort to contain its spread.

accommodate fear. (Colossians 3:16- Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord). Psalm 121 and 91 would be a starting points.

@followlasg @jidesanwoolu Really appreciate the reportage but aside this effort, what steps were taken to forestall a recurrence, seeing Friday is by the corner? Compliance to the Federal edict is non-negotiable.There should be no sacred cows.
