the narrative writing itself across crypto rn: reward your holders.
TEN is the version that actually shipped. real SOL to 10 holders every 10 min (plus bigger pools every 10 hours, 10 days, monthly), provably fair on-chain.
talk is cheap, the draws are live: https://t.co/335WtUlm8D
My goal: Create the #1 protocol on @solana for value returned to users.
If we don’t make @DefiLlama create a new metric for us, we haven’t done our jobs.
The next generation of protocols shouldn’t extract value.
They should create and distribute it.
Stay tuned.
@Sam3dsol@RobinhoodCrypto@STACCoverflow@solana@toly great project. i hope you do well. wouldnt be anything for my current one which feeds on PF (yeah ...i know...shame on me) creator fees for redistribution. good luck!
you're not being unpopular, you're being early.
but i think the airdrop thing is a symptom, not the disease. the
real problem is speed. crypto is the only place where someone can
go from nothing to rich in a week, and once people have seen that
happen, waiting for anything feels stupid.
that's what kills meritocracy. not laziness. it's that the reward
for doing nothing has occasionally been enormous, and everyone
saw it.
airdrops just formalise it. put a date on the calendar, tell people
something might land, and of course they spam until the date and
vanish after it. that's not a community, it's a countdown. adding
quests doesn't fix it, the finish line is the problem.
i don't have a clean answer. but i think the shape of one is: no
snapshot, no end, and the money comes from real revenue instead of
a treasury. pay continuously and forever, and farming and holding
become the same behaviour. nobody farms something that never
finishes.
not saying i'm above any of this. i'm here too.
@MastrXYZ@JamesWynnReal your logic is off. liquidity depth caps slippage on one exit, not cumulative pnl. at 50m daily volume you can realistically extract 10m over time. it's possible.
it's just not what happened. the holder list and pnl show it. he's lying, you're right for the wrong reason.
i hope @blknoiz06 manages to keep $ansem up but i have been long enough in the trenches to know that it will at one point go quiet. the reason it worked is also the reason it will fail. nothing has been built in to keep people from leaving or being silent. @tensupply answers both those issues. it is imo the most underrated project out there
