Last week I had the privilege of attending the United Nations Expert meeting on Space for Women, co-hosted byUNOOSA @Space4WomenOOSA and Canadian Space Agency @csa_asc in Montreal, Canada.

@Sterling_Bankng so much for a one customer bank who, after asking for a DM resolution of customer complaints, wouldn’t do as much as responding to same DM! I need the failed transactions on my account reversed!

@Sterling_Bankng days after you asked to DM about unreversed failed transactions, you didn’t acknowledge the DM let alone try to address it? What’s sort of customer service do you guys run? This is shameful! One customer bank my foot!

@gtbank_help why is a declined, but debited transaction debit taking so long to reverse? Even when the POS printed a receipt to show transaction was declined?

@sterlinghelp why is it taking close to a month and declined POS transaction debits haven't been reversed? Your bank branches in Abuja wouldn't even allow people coming for non cash matter to get inside to speak with your staff! So much for a one customer bank!!!
