Summer preparations at Victoria Tower Garden start today. @LeRondin_School will be planting bulbs and seed bombs as part of their science week which has a theme of 'growth'. Come along on Thurs 17 or Fri 18 from 13.30 to join them and enjoy the sun!

The Mules are in Dinan and St Malo this weekend on a social ride and there is actually some riding going on! Obligatory visit to a bike shop and stops in some lovely villages. Happy birthday to Mark and Mike who chose to celebrate with us!

In 2016 on Mule Normandie ride we cycled the coast of the D-Day landings and laid a wreath at the Commonwealth Cemetery in Bayeux. Many of the riders have personal connections to the Landings and with so much to take in it was an emotional couple of days. We will remember them.

Working with @autismguernsey and @TheSleepCharity to fund a Sleep Better course to train 10 sleep practitioners to support families to establish better sleep by identifying the causes (diet to sensory issues) and offering a range of stategies to improve sleep quality and duration
